Even More CeRaMiCs

Yep. More ceramics. I had some beads that I made that werent being used, but there werent enough to sell for a decent price in one bag with just that one kind, so I mixed it up. I made 5 mix bead mags and they are up for sale at around 15.00/each + shipping 1.50, so like 16.50/each, which is totally cheap! There are 30 beads in each bag! If you want to get them, just visit my store.

On 08-18-09 I made my first sale on etsy.com! I live in Florida and the person is in Ohio! Thats far away, I wonder how they heard about me. Im so happy. Sorry, I just had to put it out there. Im offiicially a professional business owner person! Ahh. Just basking in my glory. Thank you for reading.

Hemp Jewelry

So on my etsy site, www.honeysuckle1023.etsy.com I started out with just hemp jewelry, but I decided to work on something more difficult, as you all have heard, ceramics. So I would still like some love on my hemp jewelry as well please! I still have yet to see a sale for either. I know I need to update the pictures, and I am currently working on that. If you have any other comments, or critiques, please let me know! Thank you!

Ceramic Jewelry Completed!

Sooo I started making beads and it was fun, I thought I was just going to sell the beads for a few bucks a bag since polymer clay doesnt cost that much etc...

Well, I got some wire from the craft store and figured I would try my hand at some earrings and such. And, well... here is the result! I have many more types made already, but only a few pictures up. My model, Sherri (my now sister in law, getting married today!!! xD) had a lot of things to do when I finally got my new camera in the mail, so there will be real people models in a few. Keep in touch!!!

So I installed the monetize thingy, and I still havent made any money. Im wondering if it was actually worth it? So people really click those buttons, or are they afraid it will install a virus in their computer? Hmm, Ill just sit and wait. lol While Im waiting any one reading this can feel free to experiment as well. lol. Happy clicking!

Update on Ceramics

So I got some polymer clay from Michaels (A local crafting store). And I had a blast. I have a lot of different types of beads in solid colors, marble, swirls, dots, everything. I love this clay. Im already almost through 3 blocks of it! So on my etsy site (www.honeysuckle1023.etsy.com) stay tuned for new postings of beads. Hopefully they will catch on quicker than my hemp jewelry :)

So I have been looking around at different stuff on Etsy.com and I am really getting interested in ceramics. Im getting some polymer clay, hijacking my moms oven, and going to attempt. Im waiting on my shipment of clay, and I'm so excited. I am going to start out small with beads for my hemp jewelry, and then possibly getting more intracate with charms for them, and my ultimate goal is to attempt to make gagues for ears and such, I am at a size 0; therefore, I would love to have customized stuff for me, and then I can advertise more. I cant wait to get it. The only clay I knew about was the kind back in elementary school that was grey, stinky, and hard to work with. But yay! I found a clay that just needs an oven, because kilns are quite expensive and dangerous, expecially for the accident prone person I am. I just wanted to let you all know that Im excited :D
